ActionCreateBlankEstimate
Creates an empty estimate for an opportunity. The new estimate has no role requests, tasks, or other line items, and derives its account, currency, region, practice, and group from the opportunity. Use this action to start an estimate from scratch. To copy an existing estimate or template, use the Create Estimate from Estimate action instead. Returns the new estimate record.
