ActionCreateScopingSession
Creates a new Guided Scoping session for an opportunity, deriving its currency from the opportunity. Optionally seeds the session with specific estimate products to scope. Accepts exactly one request per call despite the plural label. Returns the new scoping session ID and the IDs of the scoping session to estimate product links actually created.
