ActionRefreshRates
Recalculates cost and bill rates on the role requests of one or more estimates in a background job, re-matching rates from the applicable rate card. Use this action to refresh rates after a rate card or resource change. Use Uplift Estimate Rates instead to apply a percentage increase rather than re-matching rate card rates. Returns the submitted estimate IDs. This does not confirm the refresh has finished.
