Creating Playbook Skills

To associate CS skills with playbooks from the Playbook Skills tab of the playbook's record page:

1. On the Playbooks tab, click the playbook that you want to associate CS skills with. The playbook's record page displays.
2. On the playbook's record page, click the Playbook Skills tab.
3. Click Add Skills.
4. Search for and select the skills you want to associate with the playbook. You can view skills related to the searched keyword, including their type and the role they are associated with. Enter at least two characters in the Search CS Skills... field and click Show All Results for “ ” to open the Select CS Skill window. Then, select the skills that you want from the grid and click Select to add them to the skills grid in the Add Skills window. For more information, see Using Advanced Lookup.
5. [Optional] In the Minimum Rating field, select the level of competence in the CS skill that is required by the playbook.
6. Click Add. The added skills display in the Skills Management grid.

To associate CS skills with playbooks from the Playbook Skills related list of the playbook's record page:

1. On the Playbooks tab, click the playbook that you want to associate CS skills with. The playbook's record page displays.
2. On the playbook's record page, click the Related tab.
3. Click New in the header of the Playbook Skills related list. The New Playbook Skill window opens.
4. [Optional] In the Minimum Rating field, select the level of competence in the CS skill that is required by the playbook.
5. Select the CS skill to associate with the playbook.
6. Click Save to save your new playbook skill record or Save & New to save your new record and create another playbook skill record.
