Playbook Skill Fields

The Playbook Skill junction object stores a many-to-many relationship between the Playbook and CS Skill objects. The Playbook Skill object includes the following fields.

Playbook Skill Fields

Field	Description
CS Skill	The CS skill associated with the playbook skill.
CS Skill Set	The CS skill set associated with the playbook skill.
Playbook	The playbook associated with the playbook skill.
Playbook Skill Name	The name of the playbook skill.
Minimum Rating	The level of competence in the CS skill that is required by the playbook. The Rating global picklist value field set contains the options available in this picklist field.
