Editing Playbook Skills

You can edit playbook skill records from the Playbook Skills related list on the playbook's record page to update the CS skill associated with the record.

To edit playbook skills:

1. On the Playbooks tab, click the playbook that you want to edit the CS skills for. The playbook's record page displays.
2. On the playbook's record page, click the Related tab.
3. On the Playbook Skills related list, click next to the playbook skill record you want to update.
4. Click Edit.
5. Search for and select the CS skill you want to associate with the record.
6. Click Save to update the playbook skill record with the new skill or Save & New to update the record and add another playbook skill. The updated playbook skill and any newly added playbook skills display in the Playbook Skills related list.
