Editing Playbook Skills

You can edit playbook skill records from:

  • The Playbook Skills related list on the playbook's record page
  • The Skills Management grid in the Playbook Skills tab.

Editing Playbook Skills from the Playbook Skills Related List

To edit a playbook skill from the Playbook Skills related list:

  1. On the Playbooks tab, click the playbook that you want to edit. The playbook's record page displays.
  2. On the playbook's record page, click the Related tab.
  3. On the Playbook Skills related list, click Show Actions next to the playbook skill record you want to update.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. [Optional] Select a new minimum rating for the playbook skill.
  6. [Optional] Search for and select the CS skill set you want to associate with the playbook skill.
  7. Click Save to update the playbook skill record or Save & New to update the record and add another playbook skill. The updated playbook skill and any newly added playbook skills display in the Playbook Skills related list.

Editing Playbook Skills from the Skills Management Grid

To edit the minimum rating of a playbook skill from the Skills Management grid:

  1. On the Playbooks tab, click the playbook that you want to edit. The playbook's record page displays.
  2. On the playbook's record page, click the Playbook Skills tab.

  3. Double-click the cell in the Minimum Rating column of the skill you want to edit and select the required minimum rating.

  4. Click Save.
