Limiting and Ordering Records Displayed in AI Summaries

In the AI Prompt Configuration Builder, you can limit the number of records from the related list that you want to display in AI summaries. You can also define the fields of the related object that you want the records to be ordered by, and choose to arrange them in either ascending or descending order.

To limit the number of records, and define the fields you want to order the records by:

  1. Click Add fields, filters, orders, and limit | Add Limit and Orders. The Add Limit and Orders window displays.
  2. In the Record Limit field, enter the maximum number of records from the related list that you want to display in the summary.
  3. In the Order By field, select a value that you want the records to be ordered by in the summary. For more information on the order by fields, see the Salesforce Help.
  4. In the Sort Order field, select whether you want the records to be displayed in ascending or descending order.
  5. [Optional] To add more orders, click Add Order.
  6. Click Save to save the orders and limit for the records to display.
