Customizing Related List Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder

The custom prompt that you select defines the main object and the related lists that are used to retrieve the fields to generate the summary. In the section where the related list fields are displayed, you can:

  • Manage fields
  • Add or edit filters
  • Add or edit the number of records used by the summary
  • Sort the records used by the summary into ascending or descending order

Notes:
  • When you select the custom prompt, sections for all the related lists associated with the predefined object are displayed. For example, if you select the PSA Resource Summary Prompt custom prompt, then the following sections are displayed:

    • The main object Contact fields section
    • The related list Resource Request fields section
    • The related list Skills and Certifications fields section
    • The related list Resource Skill Request fields section
  • Note:

    You can only view and select the fields that you have read access to.

To customize the fields:

  1. In the related list section, click Add fields, filters, orders, and limit | Manage Fields. The Manage Fields window opens.
  2. If you want to remove the existing field, click Removeand select the required field from the list.
  3. If the field is of relationship type, select more fields in the hierarchy.
  4. [Optional] To add more fields or set of fields, click Add Field.
  5. [Optional] To delete a field or field set, click Delete against that row.
  6. Click Save. The selected fields appear in the related list data section.
  7. Click Save to save the configuration.

  8. If you are directly customizing the default configuration, click Save As to clone the configuration and then click Save on the AI Prompt configuration Builder page.
