Customizing Object Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder

The custom prompt that you select defines the main object and the related lists that are used to retrieve the fields to generate the summary. In the section where the object fields are displayed, you can manage the object fields that you want your prompt to summarize. You can select fields from the source object or fields from the object related to the source object.

Note:

You can only view and select the fields that you have read access to.

To customize object fields:

1. In the object data section, click Manage Fields. The Manage Fields window displays.
2. If you want to remove the existing field, click and select the required field from the list.
3. If the field is of relationship type, select more fields in the hierarchy.
4. [Optional] To add more fields, click Add Field.
5. Select a required field
6. [Optional] To delete a field or a set of fields, click against that row.
7. Click Save. The selected fields appear in the object data section.
8. Click Save on the AI Prompt Configuration Builder page to save the configuration.

9. If you are directly customizing the default configuration, click Save As to clone the configuration and then click Save on the AI Prompt configuration Builder page.
