Editing Record Limits and Ordering in AI Summaries

In the AI Prompt Configuration Builder, you can limit the number of records from the related list that you want to display in AI summaries. You can also define the fields of the related object that you want the records to be ordered by, and choose to arrange them in either ascending or descending order. After you add a limit for the set the ordering, you can edit them easily.

To edit record limits and ordering:

  1. Click Add or edit fields, filters, limit, and orders | Edit Limit and Orders. The Edit Limit and Orders window displays.
  2. Edit the record limit if you want.
  3. Edit the Order By and Sort Order fields. To delete an order, click Delete against that row.
  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Save to save the configuration.

  6. If you are directly customizing the default configuration, click Save As to clone the configuration and then click Save on the AI Prompt configuration Builder page.
