Cloning AI Prompt Configurations

You can clone an existing configuration and customize it further. Cloning an AI prompt configuration allows for standardization and efficiency in generating the output that is consistent with the organization's requirements.

To clone an existing configuration:

  1. Go to the AI Prompt Configuration Builder tab.
  2. From the navigation pane, select a configuration that you want to clone. The configuration opens in the main window.
  3. Click Clone. The Clone Configuration window opens.
  4. Edit the configuration label.
  5. In the API Name field, a unique name is auto-populated.
  6. Click Save. The cloned configuration opens in the main window.
  7. [Optional] Customize the list of fields from the main object that you want to include in the summary. For more information, see Customizing Object Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.
  8. [Optional] Customize the related list fields that you want to include in the summary. For more information, see Customizing Related List Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.
  9. Click Save. The new configuration is saved under My Configurations.
