Creating AI Prompt Configurations

In cases when the default configurations do not align with business requirements or are too restrictive, you can create a new AI prompt configuration using the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.

Note:

Whenever possible, we recommend that you to always clone an existing configuration instead of creating a new one. For more information, see Cloning AI Prompt Configurations.

To create a new configuration:

  1. Go to the AI Prompt Configuration Builder tab.
  2. Click New. The New Configuration window opens.
  3. Enter a label for your new configuration.
  4. Enter the API name. The API name must:

    • Start with a letter regardless of the case.
    • Be alphanumeric
    • Contain only underscores as special characters.
    • Not end with an underscore or contain two consecutive underscores
  5. Click Save. The new configuration opens in the main window.
  6. In the Custom Prompt field, select the custom prompt that you want to customize. This displays the pre-defined source object fields and the related list fields.

    Note:

If you want to select a different custom prompt, click Cancel and start again. If you have already saved the configuration and then you want to select a different custom prompt, you must delete the existing configuration and create a new one.

  7. [Optional] Customize the list of fields from the main object that you want to include in the summary. For more information, see Customizing Object Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.
  8. [Optional] Customize the related list fields that you want to include in the summary. For more information, see Customizing Related List Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.
  9. Click Save. The new configuration is saved under Certinia Configurations.
