The Chat Session object includes the following fields.

* – Mandatory field

Fields on the Chat Session Object
Field   Description
Agent Key   For system use. The stable key of the agent that the session was started with. This is set once at session creation and is never updated.
Last Activity Date * The date and time of the most recent message in the chat session.
Last Heartbeat   The date and time the agent last confirmed that the current turn is still running. The agent sends this only after a period of silence, so a busy turn leaves the field unchanged.
Start Date * The date and time the chat session started.
Status * The current status of the chat session.
Thread ID * The unique thread identifier from AI Connector.
Turn Stale After (ms)   The silence, in milliseconds, after which the chat window reports that the agent cannot respond right now. The agent declares this value when it accepts a turn.
User   The user who initiated the chat session.
