Installing AI Connector

Note:

This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers. For more information, contact your Certinia Account Team.

AI Connector consists of two components:

  • The AI Connector package, which is installed in your org and provides the chat interface and communication layer.
  • The Certinia Agent platform, a Certinia-hosted service that provides the AI reasoning and staffing tools.

Installations are carried out by the Certinia Onboarding Team. To install AI Connector, first make sure that the required packages are installed in your org, then contact your Customer Support representative.

Dependencies on Other Certinia Packages

AI Connector requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:

  • Foundations Spring 2026
  • PSA Core Spring 2026
  • PSA Spring 2026

Supported Browsers

Certinia AI Connector supports the same browsers as those supported by Salesforce.
