Apply Percentage-Based Rate Modifiers to Your Estimates

In the Feature Console, open Services Estimator Summer 2026 Upgrade and perform the migration steps if you have not done so already.	Enabling and Disabling Features

Manually add the Estimate Rate Modifiers related list to your Estimate page layout under the Related subtab.	Estimate Rate Modifiers Overview
Ensure that the Use Dated Resource Bill Rates checkbox is selected for the role requests you want to add a rate modifier to. To add the Use Dated Resource Bill Rates column in the Estimate Builder: On the Services Estimator Administration page, click Manage Estimate Builder Columns. Add the Pricing Approach, Selectable on Estimate Product Instance, and Selectable on Independent Records fields to your Estimate Pricing Method page layout.	Estimate Pricing Method Fields
In Feature Console, run the Migrate pricing method selectability step of the Services Estimator Sept 2026 Upgrade feature. This step makes your existing pricing methods available for selection on estimate product instances and on records that are independent of estimate products, and sets their pricing approach to Roll Up where it is not already set. You must run this step. Until you do, your existing pricing methods are not available for selection on any record. You cannot revert this step.	Enabling and Disabling Features
