This topic describes the fields and buttons that are available when you select the Journal Loader tab.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Current Company | The company for which you want to load journal data. |
| Maximum Lines Per Journal | The maximum number of document lines that each journal created by the Journal Loader will contain. This value is set in the Document Line Volume Settings | Manual Journal Batch Line Limit custom setting. |
| Suspense GLA | The name that identifies the suspense general ledger account for the current company. |
Buttons

| Clear | Clears the data already loaded into Journal Loader. |
| Save | Saves the journal data to Accounting. |
Journal Loader Detail Fields
This table contains the default fields that are available when you have pasted journal data from a spreadsheet into Journal Loader.
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Key | The numerical key that identifies the journal. |
| Total Value | The total value of the journal. This is always zero. |
| Suspense GLA Value | The value of the suspense general ledger account. |
| Lines | The number of lines in this journal. |
| Company | The current company. |
| Reference | The reference for the original journal. |
