Deleting Metric Account Values

You can use the Delete Metric Account Values button to specify deletion criteria and apply it to remove large volumes of metric account value records. The button is available from the Customer Success Administration page and any additional pages you've added the CSC Administration component to.

The Delete Metric Account Values window enables you to quickly find metric account value records that match your selected criteria and then delete this data in large volumes. This provides you with a simple and efficient way to remove metric account value records in bulk.

To delete metric account values:

1. From the Customer Success Administration app page, click Delete Metric Account Values.
2. Select a start and end date for your deletion criteria.
3. [Optional] Populate the remaining fields with additional deletion criteria.
4. Click Delete.
5. When you are sure you want to delete the amount of records displayed, click Delete.The metric account value records are moved to the recycle bin.

Note:

Deleted records are moved to the recycle bin when possible. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.
