Salesforce Output Connector in CS Cloud Analytics

The Salesforce Output Connector enables the health score calculated by the Customer Success Cloud Metrics data set to be surfaced directly on the account record page. This means you can view the health score for each account quickly and easily from the record page itself. If your account is split into segments, you must select the segment that you want to surface the health score for in the relevant account customer success segment record. For more information, see Account Customer Success Segment Fields.

Surfacing the health score on the account page using the connector also enables you to configure flows that automatically create playbooks and assign them to the relevant CSM dependent on the health score value. For example, a flow is triggered when the health score drops below 50.

The field you have created to display the health score on the account record page can also be added to the Account Grid on the Customer Success Management Workspace, enabling you to quickly see the health score for each account directly from the grid.
