Scheduling Metric Account Value Deletion Jobs
You can use the Schedule Metric Account Value Deletion button to specify deletion criteria and to schedule recurring jobs to ensure that Customer Success metric account value records that fit your deletion criteria are continuously removed. The button is available from the Customer Success Administration page and any additional pages you've added the CSC Administration component to.
The Schedule Metric Account Value Deletion window enables you to set deletion criteria and schedule jobs to delete these records at your specified frequency. This provides you with a simple and efficient way to remove historic metric account value records regularly.
To schedule a delete metric account values job:
- From the Customer Success Administration app page, click Schedule Metric Account Value Deletion
- [Optional] Select a scheduling frequency for your deletion job. As default, Weekly is selected.
- [Optional] Select an active date and time for your deletion job. As default, today's date is selected with the default time set to 00:00.
- [Optional] Select when your deletion job should end. If you select End Date or Number of Occurrences, you must also populate the End Date or Occurrences field respectively. As default, Does not End is selected.
- [Optional] Select the boxes for the weekdays that you want the deletion job to run on.
- [Optional] Select the accounts, customer success metric types, and customer success metrics of the records that you want the job to delete.
- Enter the data age of the customer success metric account values to be deleted. Data that is the same age or older than the age selected is deleted.
- Click Schedule.
