Deleting RAID Items Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent

You can use the Certinia Services Delivery agent to delete RAID records (Risks, Issues, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions, and Dependencies) on PSA projects using natural language in an agent chat.

This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers. For more information, contact your Certinia Account Team.

Describe the record to delete in the chat. The agent retrieves the record. If your description matches more than one record, it presents a list for you to select from. Before showing the confirmation message, the agent checks whether the record is linked to any other open RAID records on the same project and warns you if dependency links exist. The confirmation message displays the record details and a warning that the record can be restored after deletion. The record is moved to the Salesforce Recycle Bin only after you confirm and is recoverable by an administrator for 15 days.

1. Open an agent chat and select the Certinia Services Delivery agent.
2. Describe the RAID record you want to delete. Include the project name and enough detail to identify the record. For example, enter Delete Risk R-001 on Project Alpha.
3. If the agent returns a list of matching records, select the one you want to delete.
4. If the agent warns you that the record is linked to other open RAID records, review the listed dependencies and acknowledge the warning to proceed.
5. Review the record details in the confirmation window. Click Confirm to delete the record, or click Cancel to cancel the action.
6. The agent confirms the deletion in the chat.

You can only delete RAID records for objects you have permission to delete records for. Contact your administrator for more information.
