Updating RAID Items Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent

You can use the Certinia Services Delivery agent to update RAID records (Risks, Issues, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions, and Dependencies) on PSA projects using natural language in an agent chat.

Describe the record and the changes to make in the chat. The agent retrieves the current record. If your description matches more than one record, it presents a list for you to select from. The agent then presents a confirmation message showing the current and proposed values side by side. Only the fields you describe are updated. All other fields remain unchanged. The record is saved only after you confirm. If another user edits the record while you are reviewing the confirmation message, the agent detects the conflict, re-fetches the latest values, and asks you to confirm again before saving.

  1. Open an agent chat and select the Certinia Services Delivery agent.
  2. Describe the RAID record you want to update and the changes to make. For example, enter Update Risk R-001 on Project Alpha: change status to Mitigated.
  3. If the agent returns a list of matching records, select the one you want to update.
  4. If the agent asks you to specify the fields to change, provide the values in the chat.
  5. Review the current and proposed values in the confirmation window. Click Confirm to save the changes, or click Cancel to cancel the action.
  6. The agent confirms the update in the chat.

You can only update RAID records for objects you have permission to update records for. Contact your administrator for more information.
