Viewing RAID Signals Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent
You can use the Certinia Services Delivery agent to check a PSA project for RAID signals using natural language in an agent chat. RAID signals are the RAID items that currently represent a risk to project delivery. The agent only reads your project data and does not change any records.
Actions and decisions are not RAID signals, so the agent does not return them.
The agent returns a summary of how many signals of each type the project has, followed by a table showing the date raised, name, type, status, and severity of each item. Risks, issues, and assumptions are sorted by severity, from highest to lowest. Dependencies do not have a severity, so they are sorted by date raised, from newest to oldest. The agent shows up to 10 items of each type, and when there are more, it tells you how many it is showing out of the total. If a type has no signals, the agent tells you.
The agent checks one project at a time. If you ask about more than one project, the agent returns a separate section for each one.
To view RAID signals:
- Open an agent chat and select the Certinia Services Delivery agent.
- Ask about the RAID signals on a project. For example, enter Are there any open risks or issues on Project Alpha?.
If your request matches more than one project, the agent presents a numbered list for you to select from. The agent then returns the RAID signals in the chat.
To search for RAID items by other criteria, such as owner, keyword, or date range, see Certinia Services Delivery Agent Overview. To view RAID signals alongside resource over-allocation and project task status in a single response, see Running an Impact Analysis Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent.
