Viewing Project Status Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent

You can use the Certinia Services Delivery agent to view the status of a PSA project using natural language in an agent chat.

You can ask for a project by name, project code, or project manager name. The agent returns the overall, schedule, scope, and financial health of the project, a free-text status note, and a breakdown of open and overdue RAID items (Risks, Issues, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions, and Dependencies) by type. If your query matches more than one project, the agent presents a numbered list for you to select from. Once you select a project, it is remembered for the rest of the conversation, you do not need to name it again in later messages.

1. Open an agent chat and select the Certinia Services Delivery agent.
2. Ask for the status of a project. For example, enter What is the status of Project Alpha?.
3. If the agent returns a numbered list of matching projects, select the one you want.
4. The agent returns the project status and RAID count summary in the chat.
