Running an Impact Analysis Using the Certinia Services Delivery Agent
You can use the Certinia Services Delivery agent to assess the overall impact of changes and risks on a PSA project in a single request. An impact analysis combines resource over-allocation, RAID signals, and project task status. You can use it to assess the risks to project delivery before you escalate a problem or take action. The agent only reads your project data and does not change any records.
The agent returns the following sections, always in this order:
- Resource Over-Allocation: The project task with the highest over-allocation, and its over-allocated resources.
- RAID Signals: For each type of RAID signal that the project has, the number of items and the names of the top three.
- Project Task Status: The number of tasks flagged as blocking and as needing attention, followed by a table showing the start date, end date, blocking status, and key concern of each task.
Every section appears, even when it has no data. In that case, the agent tells you that it found nothing to report for that section. The agent closes the response by offering to show more detail about any of the sections.
The agent runs an impact analysis on one project at a time. To ask about only one of these areas, ask a narrower question. For more information, see:

To run an impact analysis:
- Open an agent chat and select the Certinia Services Delivery agent.
- Ask for the full impact of a project. For example, enter What's the full impact on Project Alpha?.
If your request matches more than one project, the agent presents a numbered list for you to select from. The agent then returns the impact analysis in the chat.
