Removing Past Conversations on the Veda Page

You can remove a conversation that you no longer need from your history. A removed conversation no longer displays in the side panel or in search results, and you cannot open it again. A copy of the conversation stays available to your administrator for compliance purposes.

To remove a past conversation:

  1. To open the page, do one of the following:

    • From the App Launcher, go to the Veda tab.
    • From the chat container, click Open App View.
  2. From the side panel, find the conversation you want to remove. If the side panel is collapsed, click Expand side panel first.
  3. Click Show Actions beside the conversation, and then click Remove.
  4. In the Remove Conversation window, click Remove. You cannot undo this action.

If you remove the conversation that is currently open, a new chat starts. If the removal fails, an error message displays and the conversation stays in the side panel. Contact your administrator.
