Filtering Tasks in Gantt

Filters enable you to reduce the number of tasks displayed in the task grid and Gantt chart. This is useful if you have a project with numerous tasks, and you want to display only the tasks relevant for your current work, such as tasks for the current week.

You can use and save single or multiple filters. Your saved filters are available when you open the project on the same computer and browser.

Gantt uses AND logic to display only tasks that satisfy all of the defined filters. For example, if you define a Start Date filter for tasks that start after 03/02/2019, and an End Date filter for tasks that end before 12/24/2019, only the tasks that satisfy both of these filters and their attributes are displayed.

Note: The project bar is always displayed in the filtered results. If a child task matches the filters, its parent is also shown.
